Patrick A. Manconi, CFP®, serves as a Senior Financial Advisor at Dougherty Investment Advisors, where he takes a disciplined and data-driven approach to financial advising. He works with clients to develop efficient and actionable financial plans tailored to their unique goals and priorities.

As a fee-only fiduciary, Patrick provides objective advice in retirement planning, investment management, tax-efficient wealth strategies, and estate planning. His mission is to equip his clients with the tools they need to reduce financial stress and pursue their goals with confidence.

Early in his career, Patrick became one of the youngest CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professionals in the country after completing the CFP Board’s education, examination, ethics, and professional experience requirements at the age of 23. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business.

A third-generation Tampa Bay native, Patrick was born in Spring Hill and raised in Tampa. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, graduating cum laude with both degrees. He competed as a Division I student-athlete on the USF Bulls football team and was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.

He is the son of decorated Vietnam veteran Sgt. Thomas Manconi and the grandson of Vince Vanni, a local educator and former president of The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. Patrick is inspired by his family’s longstanding commitment to service, education, and business leadership.

Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys following USF athletics, staying active, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. He is actively involved in the Hernando County community and serves on the board of a local nonprofit organization.
