Seann is the Chief Executive Officer of Dougherty Investment Advisors and a Registered Investment Adviser Representative, serving clients as a licensed fiduciary. His mission is to deliver excellence in client care, guiding individuals and families as they build wealth and navigate the transition into retirement with confidence.

Seann earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in 2003 and later completed a Paralegal Certificate with Distinction from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Deeply committed to giving back, Seann remains active in the local community. He serves on the board of directors of Nature Coast ARC as treasurer, a nonprofit organization that provides advocacy and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He also supports local causes through key involvement with 100 Men Who Care, and also Senior Solution Advisors, which focuses on education and outreach within the senior community.

Seann learned the value of investing and service from his father, John Dougherty, the firm’s founder, who instilled in him the importance of providing exceptional care to clients. In 1989, the Dougherty family relocated to Florida to ensure better care for Seann’s brother, who has cerebral palsy—an experience that continues to shape Seann’s perspective and commitment to advocacy.

Outside of the firm, Seann enjoys studying martial arts, staying active at the gym, and contributing to local theater and film projects.
